I recently found out that I cannot buy travel insurance from a provider in my home country (UK) if I am not a permanent resident there and if I don't leave from there for my vacation.

What does everyone do when they vacation out of Korea? Do you have to use a Korean insurer? I heard of World Nomads but their prices are absolutely extortionate!

Basically, I am flying to Thailand, then the UK, then Canada and then back to Korea in a few months and would like insurance for it all.

Any tips? TIA Smile
