In case you need to get this done, I'll tell you what I did.

(Mok-dong Immigration)

Go to level 7 (General Affairs Room - far right), fill out 2 forms, pay 200won per a4 copy.

They wont stamp them, but if you want to use it for official purposes (like submission to the Ministry of Ed), they will write you a cover letter.

The cover letter takes 5 working days, but doesn't cost anything.
