Does anyone know how to do this? I don't have a smartphone so can't download any apps. My number starts with 010 and I know the country code is +82 and I've text my family who have sent a reply, but it hasn't been received. A reply only ever came through once.
Anyone know why and how I can fix it?
Thanks |

they should make sure the number they're trying to respond to is 00-82-10-7777-7777. |

If you were in Canada, it would be 011 82 10 ???? ????(the rest of the number) Depends what the international extension you use to dial out is in Ireland. |

011 is NOT going to work from Ireland. It's the international code from NA. Same as 001 is not going to work from Ireland as it's the international from Korea. Seems to me u were saying it's user error on their side, but u have to make sure that u tell them to drop the first zero from ur 010 for it to work for them. I'll repeat, it should b 00(Ireland international, or, yeah, "+" if they're using an iphone or sth)-82(Korea's country code)-10-****-****(ur cell number minus the first zero). So, again, 00-82-10-****-**** for THEM to call U.
For U to call THEM it would b sth like 001-353-area code-prefix-suffix.
