|
hello,
what can i expect to pay per month for utilities in Jamsil, Seoul?
or if you do not personally know, can you tell me a good or clever way to get an estimate? ideally, a breakdown per different type, as i would like to weigh the pros and cons of internet. (cable is extremely unlikely, as i haven't had a tv in years.)
thank you! |

I'm prety sure internet costs are the same countrywide for each particular brand.
As for utilities, it depneds on the building.
Newer apts or officetels will be higher and usually include a 'building maintenance fee' between ime 60k - 100k.
I find villas the best, no building fee, they seem to heat up more quickly when you put the ondol on and in gyeongsanamdo and bukdo at least (not sure about other provinces) they have free internet on a buildingwide network.
Hope that helps. |
