| Hey. I'm heading to the Canadian Consulate in Busan tomorrow for a new passport. Does the consulate recommend a photoshop to take passport photos? If so where is it? |

Print off the spec sheet found on the passport Canada webpage.
Any photo shop can do them to spec.
Get the shop to print or stamp the back with their address.
You are good to go.
