| A friend is getting the serious runaround from a recruiter and she wants Ulsan because a college chum is in the area. Any suggestions? |

depends on when she wants the job. Ulsan MOE via footprints recruiting is almost a sure thing if she applies now for february.
Or
For hagwons; just spam dozens of recruiters and tell them Ulsan. She isn't stuck using one person. If they don't deliver than she can politely decline their offers. |
