Hi guys.

This may go down in the annals of all time weird paranoia questions but here goes. I work with a KT who I consider to be a spawn of Satan. I'll skip the details for this post.

I know there's at least one Korean website for KT's where they basically do what we do here - compare, bitch, moan, strategize etc...

If someone were going to post something negative (libelous) about a foreign teacher where would I go to scan the site? I may ask a Korean friend to help me with it but don't know where to start even. Has anyone heard of a case where a KT has publicly libeled someone? I know the laws are fairly serious about libel in Korea.

Unless you have people pointing at you as you walk down the street. Or you have random Koreans yelling at you in school, or your classes keep having less and less students. You keep seeing protestors and or police in your dong. I not , this is not worth the effort doing.

As to what site. I don't know.

Also, are you rich or speak Korean really really well. You must be, becausei you are going to hire a lawyer to take your case for this, I would say waste o money.

Ok, maybe the Seoul Center or some other law group will help probono. Let have them forget helping all those teachers who have been cheated or those poor 3D workers who have been taken advantage of. Nope let's drop all that for a waygook whose feelings have been hurt.

Maybe the Korean Human Rights Council will help. Like they did with that Indian guy that got yelled at while sitting on a bus. Please some western likely white guy is being discriminated against, well not discriminated but some bad things might be being said against him.

It's been "one of those years" where I got placed - I appreciate your trying to describe the justice system here so I don't get carried away with court room fantasies.
