in March. My current contract ends Jan 1, I already have the new documents apostilled and all, but in March, I have a new chance for another job, and my boss said I could go to it (as long as I worked until the end of her school year (end of Feb). SO...
Do I have to get ANOTHER CBC and apostille if I change jobs (she'll give me the letter of release..)?
anyone know?
thanks |

IF immigration has an apostilled copy of your "national" CBC on file you do NOT need a new one to transfer to a new employer at the END of your contract.
You will need:
new contract
passport
ARC
application
FEE (60k for the transfer and 30k for the extension of your ARC)
new employer's business registration (copy)
new employers letter of guarantee (sponsorship form).
You will only need the LOR if you plan to transfer BEFORE the end of your contract.
You MAY need to get copies of your CBC and degree (the ones with the apostille) from immigration (300 won) for the MOE when your new school registers you as a teacher.
