I'm just curious about this even though I'm leaving anyway...

...but, did they get rid of the end of contract evaluations?

At my last job for SMOE, they said we had to be observed at the end of our contracts even if we didn't plan on re-signing.

I also know this is the first year all Korean teachers are supposed to be evaluated once each semester - when before it was once a year. I also know this is the first year parents and students will do evaluations.

We just got back the results from that. But we've heard nothing about observations by SMOE people. Did they replace that with the evals by parents and students?

It doesn't matter to me, but I do wonder if this is a change in policy or something just with my small school...
