Some recruiting pages are requesting that you submit a scanned image of your passport and paste it on your resume.
My question is... my photo on the passport was taken 2 years ago and i look like messy (my hair was all down and it covered most of my forehead, look liked i just came out of shower).
how important is your passport photo in the job process?
in my main photo that i use, i look much better and professional.
i have avoided recruiters that have asked for a copy of my passport for this sole reason. |

| Mine was taken when I was sixteen and had a long goatee and hair down to my shoulders. It's never been an issue. |

| Just as long as the additional photo you submit is fine, you probably won't get judged based on your passport photo. |
