I'm selling my 1999 Yamaha Thunderace. I've been riding it here for just over a year and I bought it from a dealership in Bundang.
I bought it for 4.5 million won. There are no plates on it now and I have the ownership papers ready for you.
I want to get rid of it before my Winter vacation, so the price is low. I have loved riding this motorcycle. I've worked on it a lot to make it more reliable. But these days I'm too busy and don't drive it anymore and so it would be better in the hands of someone with more time.
This is also a great learner bike for anyone that hasn't had a big bike yet.
You get a lot for your money with this bike. It's insanely fast and steady at its top end. If you have any interest in travelling around the country this will take you quickly and reliably anywhere you want to go.
I will explain everything I know about this bike to you and if you are looking to put some money into it I'll give you advice on where to direct your attention. There is a dent in the gas tank and a scratch on the right body fairing. There is a photo album of the bike below.

I'm in the market for a new bike. I'm only questioning what size I want. I had a crotch rocket in the US, but I lived in a rural area and would enjoy flat stretches and no traffic, and barely had a chance to ride in in a city. How is handling a big bike like this day-to-day in Seoul? Do you find it difficult to maneuver through traffic? Thanks |
