I'm nearing the end of my first contract with a CDI outside of Seoul. I'm an hourly contract worker but they've kept me stocked with a full schedule the whole time (so I guess I'm doing something right). I've stashed about 15 million won so far and am considering what to do for my next contract.
Although the money is pretty good there has been a decent amount of b.s. that gets tedious from time to time. If they offer me a good pay bump in the 2nd year I might stay on with the company after I take a term off.
So, can anyone comment on the chances of:
* getting into Seoul proper on my next contract
* amount of pay increase
