If I buy an ipad here in Korea, will I be able to use it back in Canada?
How does that work?
I have a friend who bought an iphone here and Korea and aparantly he couldn't use it when he moved back to Canada? |

im not sure if the iPad is the same concept as the iPhone, but i would imagine it is.
Your friend couldnt use it in canada because he probably didnt get it unlocked. KT should do it for free, SK did for me.
don't take my word for it, but im 95% sure it would work...unless the canadian telco's adopt a korean-like policy; where only phones with their serial numbers are permitted to work on their system... |
