immigration has a "points" system by which one can qualify for an f-2 visa. has anyone had experience with this? specifically i am interested in the language points. who tests ones language ability? immigration? or is the "topik" test needed? if so, what levels in that test correspond with the three levels for points? also, what is the deal regarding the "acculturation program"? length? where given? when? any specific info will be greatly appreciated. thanks. |
