Costco doesn't have turkeys anymore ... where to buy?

They also said they will no longer be carrying them in the future either.

there is an elusive turkey lady, who, for 80,000 won sends you or delivers a smoked turkey with all the fixins. I had some people in Ulsan use her this year and the turkey is sent pre cooked (smoked) so all you got to do it warm it up. She is out there, don't know her contact info though.

hmmmm... I was kind of hoping for a cooked/warm turkey as it won't fit in my oven... which really isn't an oven at all and more of a grill. any other suggestions??? anyone... anyone??!?? is the army base doing it this year??? confirm/deny???

Costco DOES have pre-cooked turkey breast...in the meat case with the sausages...at least the one in Daejon does...I was just there today.


It's a bit late, but if you have a Koren friend (or if your Korean is really good) Naver "turkey farms" in Korean, they can find a number of a turkey farm and arrange delivery. I ordered one last week and it came the next day. 8 kg turkey for 80,000. Lot's better than the "Costco Delivers" for a 4 Kg at 99,000!!!

Just saw one in the freezer at High Street Market on Wed night. I believe they can order one for you if you ask.

It was advertised in their mailer. I didn't buy one--200,000 won IIRC. I'd expect you could get it at any Shinsagae.
