I'm heading back to England tomorrow evening and have around W1,000,000 in the bank and I was wondering which option is better. Sending the money home via a bank transfer (I'm with Shinhan Bank) or Exchaging it at Incheon Airport?

Only 1 million won (550 quid) = exchange it at the airport (ICN).
The fees will be less (just the exchange rate) rather than paying for the transfer and cash is just easy. It is not like it is a large sum.
