Anyang is now covered by the Immigration Service Seoul HQ Office in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu.
Before you go there, visit a Police Station in your area and report the incident. It is certainly not for a slim hope that the police will recover your wallet and ID card, but to have them issue you an acknowledgement of your report which you're required to present when you go the the Immigration to get your ARC re-issued. Passport + Re-issue application alone doesn't cut it.
Reporting to the police and re-issue application must be made within 14 days from the date you lost/got stolen your ID card.
Re-issue fee would be 10k Won, don't for get a photo of yours. |

Yeah, my buddy did it without any of that nonsense and he waited six weeks after he lost his ARC. People lose things, it happens. |

I called 1345 Information and they said I needed passport photos, 10k won, application, and passport. They said nothing about reporting to the Police? I was told to go to Mok-dong.
Thank you for being so helpful! |
