I am planning to apply for EPIK and GEPIK's August 2012 intake, but I will not get my degree until June. Therefore, I probably won't be able to mail it until early July.

Would it be okay to send in everything else and an official transcript and a letter of completion instead? I can scan my degree to the recruiter/EPIK/GEPIK as soon as I get it, and then mail it in June, so in the end, they will still get it, but it will be late.

I only want to go to Seoul or Incheon for EPIK because my friends and boyfriend live in Seoul, and I know if I don't send my things in ASAP, I won't get my first choice. Should I not bother with EPIK?

I'm fearing that this is not acceptable due to all the fraudulent university degrees going around. And I think incomplete applications are automatically disqualified? I don't want to wait another year to go to Korea.

I already contacted my university and the response was that there are no exceptions, the graduation parchment will only be made available in June, during my convocation.

I would appreciate any responses!
