| I have a dui charge on my FBI report,but under it says, "charges dropped by arresting agency" will this still prevent me from getting a public or uni job in Korea? |

PS job, odds are it will create problems.
Hakwon, odds are lower.
Get it expunged. |

| Generally, anything involving drugs, alcohol, or violence will give you problems, whether you were convicted or not. Depending on the mood of the immi agent on the day your file comes across his desk, it could be a problem or it could be fine. Get it cleaned up before you apply because if you get denied a visa once, you will get denied a visa every time. |
