Affidavit of Eligibility of Marriage Canada
What's the process for acquiring this??
Is it go to Gu Cheong office first and then bring the verification certificate to the Canadian embassy to get the affidavit? or is it the reverse?
The Canadian http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca website says the latter, but I read the former online...
I only have one day to do this so I cant mess it up, help please. |

Go with your completed Affidavit of Eligibility to the Canadian embassy. (with all your documents)
Swear the oath.
The embassy officials will then give you the completed Affidavit of Eligibility
Take it to the government office near the US embassy.
have your new wife do the rest.
Good luck. |

Just copy the wording on the example or let them make it for you at the embassy (@$50CAD for the affidavit you're already paying for it).
