Hello! I lived in Korea 2 years ago in Daegu.. It was NOT the right time in my life to go so I left after only 6 months. Well, I am now broke in America and ready to come back. I really want to do it right this time and teach IN Seoul. I also want to work later hours (12-8ish?) and have a decent amount of vacation time. Am I being too picky or is there a particular program or website I can find to accommodate this? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

The late work hours isn't a problem, that's standard for most hagwons (except Kindergarten). Finding a hagwon that also offers good vacation time is near impossible though as far as I'm aware. Public schools typically offer 4+ weeks of vacation (and national holidays) whereas hagwons will typically give you half of that or less (plus holidays).

Seoul is super competitive these days and so being picky is going to make the task more difficult.

Agree with Skipperoo, no hagwon give good vacation time, if anything these days it's getting worse as more are giving 3days not 5days during winter and summer and odd days spread across the year.
For the hours 12-8 you'll have to work at a hagwon and for good vacation you'll have to work public school and for Seoul you'll have to be flexible on both.

The only possible answer is a uni role, however you need a masters and experience for that or maybe a F-visa.

If could check out some of the surrounding cities to Seoul, such as Ilsan, Suwon, Anyang, Seongnam or Incheon. You might get lucky and find a role with a better package than one based in Seoul, good luck.
