|
|
I do a fair amount of hiking, and I find that in the less busy areas, many Korean hikers tend to be quite friendly and sometimes try to start conversations with me. Unfortunately my Korean isn't very good, but I thought it'd be nice to know a few expressions in Korean I can use on the trails.
I know I could piece together an awkward sentence for these, but I'd prefer if anyone could give me a sentence that would sound natural for a Korean to say. That way they're more likely to understand what I mean, even with my brutal accent.
So I'd appreciate if anyone could offer natural sounding translations for the following sentences:
How long is it to the peak from here?
Does this (trail) go to ___________?
Which trail should I take to get to _______________?
Thanks in advance for any replies, and any other useful sentences are appreciated. |

날씨가 좋죠? - The weather is good, eh?
공기 좋네요! - Ahhh... the air is clean!
