Does anyone know how to recharge a candy card. When I enter the toll free number it say please inter the number and press the hash key there is no option to enter in a new number to recharge or top up my account with more credit. I rang the customer support but they were not very helpful.
Anyone got any ideas?  |

| I don't think you can recharge it if you just bought a physical card. In my experience, rechargeable "cards" have to be purchased online--no real card, just an account with a pin. As I said, this has been my experience. Your experiences may vary. |
