I'll start us off.

1. The people we vote for are actually the ones who run the country.

2. If you keep touching it you'll go blind.

3. Everyone is equal.

I was laughing about this one recently, as I've never heard anyone say it in real life. Maybe in a courtroom? But man is it ever used a lot in movies and tv shows. "Criminal Minds" for example, said about once per episode on average.

ESL jobs in Korea pay much more than jobs in the United States.

Woman are paid less than men for comparable work.

Western waitresses and bartenders are paid a pittance.

Korean is an easy language to learn. It is the world's most scientific and logical language. Korean is easy; English is hard.
