Does anyone know how to recharge a candy card. When I enter the toll free number it says please enter the number and press the hash key there is no option to enter in a new number to recharge or top up my account with more credit. I rang the customer support but they were not very helpful.

Anyone got any ideas?

IDK what a candy card is?

I had a calling card that I used, and the card remembered my phone number. Every time I tried to use it, it would automatically prompt me to dial and then go. Great, until it ran out of money. I could not reset the card.

I called the number on the back, tried to tell them what I wanted - the operator knew exactly and cut me off, reset the phone, and that was it.

You say you already called the customer support, so I got nothing else to add other than what my experience with phone cards/charging was. Perhaps it requires recharging on the internet? Is there a web address?
