You've got some nice prices. And that Aircon is a decent deal. New, they go for more than double that, and it's a newer model still sold. It's a 12 pyung model, if anyone is interested. That'd be great for a 1 bedroom apartment (living room plus bedroom).

If it's still in great condition, it'd be a smart buy.

The air con is a steal, considering how strong it is. We have a 32 pyung apartment (three bedrooms) and with the high power function on you can cool the place down in under 10 minutes and as it's a stand up one you can angle it effectively to shoot air into bedrooms, kitchen and such. Has a sleep function too so you can leave it on while you are sleeping and it will shut itself off.
We bought it for 850,000 at the time.
