$150 for a game and another $50 every month just to keep playing it? No thanks. |

$50 for the game and $15 starting at the 2nd month.
There is a SWTOR thread in the Technology forum. I play the game and its a lot of fun. If you've played WoW or Rift then many of the gameplay will be familiar. |

I very much want to. I'm trying to figure out how to download it - the EA store is a pain in the neck (origin will only come up in Korean).
How did you get you copy of the game? |

I played some of the beta weekends, and it seemed like a great game. But it's not available in Korea (or most of the world, for that matter). You can play it if you get a copy, but you will have to buy it from a store in the US, Europe or somewhere else it is available. I think you can have it shipped from Amazon, but I'm not sure.
EA's Origin site is absolutely asinine. You can only access the regional site for your location--and no, you cannot even change the language. Meaning that if you are in Korea, and you can't read Korean, there is no way for you to use Origin on your own. You wouldn't be able to get the game that way anyhow, since it's not available in this country. It's really quite disappointing how limited they've made this release. |
