What's going on? I can't even get interviews, yet I have a year's experience teaching in Korea and my documents are prepared. Is the market really weak? Maybe I need to re-organize my resume? Ugh. How is it this hard to get a hagwon job?? |

Seoul is very competitive. A lot of people are trying to get in there and a lot of P.S jobs are/being axed increasing the competition. You might want to consider expanding your search to other cities. |

True that Seoul is competitive, but still...are you sure there's not something else amiss? CV, photo...? It sounds like you might be being summarily rejected for one reason or another. Or looking in the wrong places. Need more data... |
