This is a waffle maker from the USA, so you'll need a power-converter to use it. It's used, but has a lot of life left in it and the non-stick surface is still doing well. It can make one large, round waffle at a time, divided into 4 sections. I don't have the recipe book, but I just find one from the internet or use pancake mix and that works fine. I'm selling it because I'm too lazy to use it.
