Does anyone know anything about Oedae (old name)/HUFS (new name) in Gwangmyeong? Or even just about the franchise in general?

My boyfriend doesn't have a Dave's account yet and he just got offered a contract from the one in Gwangmyeong. Any info would be much appreciated.
