This will be my first time submitting the FBI background check. I've never actually been arrested for or charged with any crime but I have gotten a few tickets (open container and parking tickets). How comprehensive are these checks? Will they mention small infractions or just actual crimes that were felonies? Can you still work and get a visa with a "no record" response?
