After my boss cancelled my visa I got 2 weeks.

You will know for sure when cancel it: they will stamp your passport with the amount of time you have left.

The school might not cancel it unless you insist that they do so.
After that you can apply for a D10 visa if you want which will give you 6 months in K. to look for another job.

If your not leaving on good terms and not notifying the, is it the same? How do you get your passport stamped if you don't talk to the boss?

If you are terminated from your job and your boss threatens to cancel your status of sojourn then you legally have 14 days to report to immigration or to leave the country.

If you simply need a little more time to get your affairs in order you can get a 30 days (from your last date of employment) with no cost or hassle.

If you want to find a new job then you can simply switch to a D10. the cost is 50k won for the change and 10k for the new ARC.

This will give you up to 6 months to find a new job and switch back to an E2 without the need for new paperwork from home.

Don't you need a letter of release in order to get a new job?

What about if the boss refuses to cancel your visa?

Depends entirely on the circumstances of your unemployment and the mood of the immigration offer at the counter when you appear before him with your application.

Can They claim things like apartment bills etc even if your not there and report you for it? I understand they will want revenge but this is hell.

They can claim the moon and the sun but immigration won't care. Those are labor board or civil court issues.

IF you run and have unpaid bills they can file a complaint with immigration (as your sponsor) and that may complicate a new E2 application but immigration won't enforce anything that is not immigration related.
