Had my first experience eating 옻닭 today. Its similar to Samgyetang except they cook it some parts of a tree that causes an allergic reaction. So, before you eat they give you a pill to take.
I think the tree is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toxicodendron_vernicifluum
I gotta say, it was delicious. |

So you're essentially eating a lacquer. Sounds good for internal health and dreams. |
