I am moving to another area so I am advertising for my landlord. The studio is a little small, but quite comfortable for one person. It's in the best living area of Hongdae in my opinion behind the movie theater and across the street from the famous Coffee Prince (커피프린스), and on the way towards Sinchon. It's tucked in a little alley where it is quite. It is in a generally quite area of Hongdae away from the clubs, so its great to sleep.

It has a small closet and a clothes cabinet. The washing machine is located in the washroom and the kitchen is conveniently located in its own little nook. It has a large fridge, gas range, and an air conditioner.
The rent is quite low for the area and the key money of 1,000,000 is awesome. I am sad to leave the area, as it has many independent coffee shops, little unique drinking bars, and boutiques, but I am sick of commuting an hour plus to get to work. It's about a 7 minute walk to Hongdae station and about 10 minutes to Sinchon station.

However, I am selling this partially furnished . I have a really comfortable sofa with a cover that you can wash, double bed, bookshelf, cabinet for storage in the kitchen, blinds, shoe rack, small ironing board, portable fold up wood table, and a full mirror. I am asking only 200,000. This is great if you don't have any furniture and in need. The landlord can speak English and is super nice. The building is a 4 level villa (this one is on the second floor) and consists half of foreigners.
