Hi,

I'm looking to build a pc when I return to the land of frustrating online shopping.

I've been looking at Danawa, and there are a load of different dealers, is there one that's particularly reputable and that stands behind their products in the event of failures/problems? I don't want to pay above market price, but I do want a reliable vendor.

How have you guys found online ordering of PC parts to be? Is it a smooth process usually?

They all draw from the same stacks and they all run in the same manner: Call them, place your order, go to the bank and deposit the money. After they see you have done so, they have your stuff delivered which you pay on arrival; a small fee of maybe 10 or 20 thousand won.

Make sure you know where the shop is (get the booth number) just in case something isn't working. Seems the failure rate of things is growing, making a physical visit and on-site build preferable. However, retailers know this and typically accept returns without issue.

When you click an item on danawa, scroll down until you see:

Gmarket
11st
Auction
Interpark

Buy from one of those sites.
