Do F4 visa holders (Gyopos) have a harder time getting a position at a university? Just curious.

Not if they are qualified (related post grad credentials and experience)

Yes if they have nothing more than an undergraduate degree and hagwan experience.

Very yes if they don't have a degree or significant experience.
