Everything you need to know.

There is a wealth of information on the FAQ page.

Also check out the HiKorea.go.kr page. Some stuff in there. Might take about 5 min to find some good stuff.

Also amazingly wikipedia also has some info.

E2 - Sponsored by a public/private school. Full time teaching Visa, look at the FAQs for more information.
F3 - Family dependents such as husband/wife as well as children. They cannot work but can reside in Korea and gain access to services such as schooling. Again information is in FAQs.
If you can't find PM.

E2 = teacher of foreign languages.
E1 = visiting professor (NOT family)
F3 = dependent family visa (non Korean).
F1 = dependent family (Korean)
F2 = residence based on merits.
F6 = married to a Korean (changed/changing from F2-1)
F5 = permanent resident
E7 = other specialties (teacher of subjects in an international school, editor, specialist in a field).

Those cover pretty much all the visa classes for anyone who will be reading or looking here.
