I was wondering if anyone knew of a good and cheap accountant that will help me prepare my tax this year. My employer has not been paying enough tax and I had quite a large debt to repay last year. Please let me know if anyone has any experience with this. Thanks.

Was going to be snarky but this is a good question.

Consider checking out the Korea Tax office website. Got some guides in English.

PM me and I can send you 2010,2011 year guides sans Korean. Not too complicated.

Consider making a visit to the office, sometimes you can be surprised as they can help you and in English.

Also a little more detail such as type of work and where you live.

Use the progressive tax calculation and NOT the 15% flat tax.
Input your ANNUAL salary and not your monthly salary.

District tax offices:

Foreign taxpayer advocate service:
http://www.nts.go.kr/eng/help/help_21.asp?top_code=H001&sub_code=HS02&ssub_code=HSB1

Unless you have some very strange tax circumstances you should be able to find everything you need there or from the tax advocate.
