The wife wants to quit her hagwon job, take a Korean class in the summer, then start a new hagwon job as soon as she is finished her class.
Is it an easy task? Or will there be a lot of visa issues (she is an E2)? |

Looks like you would need a new set of documents.
Work to work visa = no problem (pass go)
Work to student/tourist visa = go back to start, don't collect $200
She could try getting a D10, then just study privately (no credit earning), then transfer back to an E2. |
