Looking for a new roommate for the beginning of march.
Looking for someone who is a non smoker, clean, likes cats (I have 2) and is responsible enough to pay bills on time, every month.
CONDITIONS:
- Rent is 550,000won + half of the bills each month. Have to make a commitment of a minimum of 6 months to a year.
- Deposit: 1,100,000 won.
- room is available March 5th or we can work something out if it has to be sooner.
THE APARTMENT:
- a wonderful apartment that is very much like a western style apartment back home.
- quiet area.
- cool, easygoing landlord.
- 10 min walk from subway, 5 min walk from bus station and 2 min walk to coffee shop/convenience store.
- great view of Namsan/Yongsan/Kyeonggidan area.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- 3 bedroom apt with a big, private rooftop and a wrap around balcony with some furniture on both.
- huge garden on the roof, with big umbrella, chairs and tables as well.
- closed gate for security.
- washer/dryer combo, 4 burner oven, air conditioner, microwave, toaster oven, humidifier, 2 big bbqs, tons of plants inside and out, sound system with TV, sofa, water machine.
- 1 big bathroom with a western sized bathtub.

YOUR ROOM:
- a double bed and night table will be provided if you want them.
