I have a mediocre sky touch phone (not a smartphone) and I'm looking to upgrade at the end of March/early April.
Is this a good time to upgrade or are Samsung/Apple expected to be launching new phones in the not too distant future? I don't mind waiting a bit longer given that I'll probably have whichever phone for 2 years... |

| Iphone 5 and GSIII suppose to be announced some time in next 3-4 months. I'm hoping for the next Galaxy Note 2 to be released. |

I can absolutely recommend the Samsung Galaxy II HD LTE.
IMO it's the best phone on the market right now. Hardware wise, nothing even comes close (except the Note I guess, but it's too big for me). I'm sure the Galaxy III will be somewhat superior, but I don't think it's going to be hugely different. |
