Anyone have experience with this branch? I've read the other threads providing caveats against SLP in general, but I'm wondering what's out there on Cheonan. |

Worked in another branch, but for the most part they're all the same.
SLP=Slave Labour Program
Expect the following. . .
1. 1-2 prep periods per week. This is what they give you to do all your marking and planning. (actually they expect you to do this over your lunch break and when you stay late after work).
2. Smile! You're on camera! Pretty standard for a lot of the hogwans out there, but all classes have CCTV cameras.
3. 45 hours a week of teaching, which means you're probably going to be spending 50 hours a week at the school unless you walk home for every lunch and 10 minute break.
4. Pay that is not worth the time or effort!
Even with the economy the way it is, you can do better! |

So, this post is pretty ancient... but does anyone have any recent info on SLP Cheonan? I would assume that the general info on the SLP franchise is unchanged, but does anyone know anything about this branch? |
