Go out exit 8 of Hongik Station, take an immediate right. Turn left @ Cafe Egro onto a wide street. Take a right at the family mart on the next block, you'll see Strange Fruit four doors down on the left hand side (basement bar).
홍대역에서 8번출구 나오고 바로 오른쪽있는 길로가야됩니다. 'Cafe Egro'이라고 하는 커피숖에서 왼쪽으로 가요. Family Mart까지 걸아가고 그 마트에서 오른쪽갑니다. 스트레인지 푸롯은 왼쪽 (지하)에 있어요.

Through this upcoming fundraiser at Strangefruit, and others to follow, Exit Six will hold a free summer festival showcasing some of the best acts on the peninsula. We want to give back to the music lovers of Korea and hold a festival that won't cost you a dime! We all know that shows can be pricey in Korea.As well, we are aiming to bring together a mix of the expat and local music loving community. Since promotion for a lot of shows is often completely in Korean or completely in English, people who are not fluent in both languages don't often find out about certain bands or shows. We are aiming to introduce the bands featured to new audiences. The shows will be promoted in both languages and be held at a location accessible to all.

우리는 지금 공짜로 볼 수 있는 여름 음악 축제를 준비하는 중입니다. 이 공연에서 한국의 좋은 밴드 중에 몇 팀을 볼 수 있습니다. 한국의 밴드 공연들은 좀 비싸지만 음악을 좋아하는 사람들은 꾸준히 클럽을 찾아서 밴드들을 응원해줍니다. 그런 팬들에게 보답할 수 있는 기회가 있으면 좋겠다고 생각해왔습니다. 그래서 우리 이 공짜 음악축제를 준비하기로 했습니다.

한국에 오래 살다보니 한국인들과 외국인들이 같이 모일 수 있는 기회가 적은 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 우선 언어가 다르고 문화와 풍습도 다르니 자연스럽게 어울리기가 힘들었지만, 음악은 그 모든 것을 뛰어 넘을 수 있다고 생각합니다. 함께 좋은 음악을 듣고 즐기다 보면 공통 화제가 생기고 소통할 수 있을 것입니다. 게다가 이 공연을 보는 사람들은 새로운 밴드를 찾을 수도 있습니다.
