| I'm not talking about a suit and tie affair but definitely on the fancy side. I'm just looking for a nice restaurant in Seoul that has a vegetarian or vegan friendly option or two. I don't care if it's a French, Italian, Japanese or something else. Anything would be good. Thanks! |

Well, I was going to recommend Kyotofu, since it's in Hangangjin near the Spice, and across from Comme des Garcons store, so I figure based on the name and location that it would be vegetarian centric and a bit upscale. However, looking at the menu online, since I've not yet been there, reveals that the dishes are mostly non-vegetarian, but with tofu, as you might have guessed.

Well, then, based on where I have gone, I recommend Ganga. Being Indian, they have specialties in vegetarian dishes, but also many other dishes. Their locations are in places like Apgujeong and Yeoksam. Atmosphere is sumptous, service respectable, crowd well-dressed to casual, etc. etc.
Check out their vegetarian menu under the recommended menu.
