My job states that i can not get a flight home if i transfer to a new job. Also says i can only get a flight back to origonal country i came from.
A) am i able to get round this so i get a free trip if i want to transfer?
B) am i able to get them to book the flight, but then turn up at the airport and get ticket transfered to a different distination? |

If it is with a hagwan it is whatever you can negotiate. Get it in writing if a change is agreed to.
If it is at a PS then you are probably hooped. They tend to not negotiate with newbies (since they don't have to - there are lots of newbie applicants to choose from).
