Does this recruiting site seem legit? A lot of the jobs seem too good to be true, especially the ones in Europe. Thoughts?

Well, you have to pay them for a 'job placement package' ($400 to $1600). That's not a good sign. |

A fool and their money are soon parted.
Never, Never, NEVER pay for a job in ESL/EFL.

I'd have to disagree with that statement. It depends on what is offered by the company. I know a company that charges for placement, but in return, the teacher gets: a year of travel insurance good all over the world, 24hour on call support from someone living in country (for everything from "How do I go from A to B" to "Can you help me set up a bank account", seminars both before and after they get to the country (the post arrival seminar is basically an all expense paid weekend trip to the capital city, Seoul for the Korea program).
So, while most people can do it for free, some companies are "seat belts" for newbies. |
