I've got a 6 month old beagle pup with boundless energy, and a hearty desire to play with other pups. Where can I take him? We've climbed the local mountains together, but rarely do we bump into other dogs. I really want him to be able to goof off with his own kind. We're buying a car soon, so we'll be able to make short trips out of Seoul, if necessary. I'm hoping someone knows of a "pet playground" somewhere in or around Seoul.
