So, looking at PC parts on Danawa, for instance, just looked up an IPS monitor, click on it and then a bunch of oneline retailers come up priced low to high.
Question: How am I supposed to know which is a reputable retailer, or which is some dodgy shack in Yongsan?
Do you guys buy parts off there? I really don't want to get a shop to make it for me because it's considerably more expensive and you can't pick and choose the parts.
Any tips? |

I have bought online in the past without issue. Ring them up, place an order, deposit the money in their account and wait for the delivery. You could probably pay with a credit card, but the prices there are typically cash prices.
Cool sentence, by the way.

Usually the sites they link to have some sort of ratings system. |

I order all my computer parts from there. They are a bit overpriced, but you won't have to worry about the quality of their parts or them not honoring the warranty. |

ICoda is another good one. But not always cheapest. |

It means I don't want to get a computer shop to make the PC for me, I'd rather build the PC myself and be picky about the parts of the PC. |

Yeah heard iCoda are good, but they are always a bit more pricey on parts. Heck, maybe it's worth shelling out for the peace of mind. |

Just go to the Sunin Bldg in Yongsan. Choose one of the largest builders on the main floor with at least 5 employees or more. Usually they are in the back and have several workers at computers waiting. Systems with prices will be on the wall.
The big boys are usually big for a reason. Many of the small shops are hit and miss. |
