I have an apartment available from early March (5th or so) near Itaewon. It's actually a little closer to Noksapyeong station than to Itaewon, but you can walk to Itaewon street in 5-7 minutes. It's in a quiet location. It's 2 bedrooms @ 500,000 a month. Low key money at 5,000,000. The building manager is a nice person. I was going to live here, but I am taking a job farther away, so I don't want to commute. If you are interested then message me and I can give you more information.
