I bought a Daelim Citi-II 110cc. So it is not 125cc but it is in the same class. You, assuming are a non-Korean, would need at least an international driver's licence and your ARC. Moneywise, brand new 1,500,000 won to 2,000,000 depending on the options. Second-hand are correspondingly cheaper but not adviced for you'll only end up flogging a dead horse. Insurance: non-Korean don't have to have a licence plate on sub 125cc, hence forth without the plate it's very hard to get insurance. For a complete by the book necessities: search the motor-cycle sticky.
